What are LL Bootcamp classes like?
LL Bootcamp will challenge you, regardless of where your current fitness level is it. I've got almost 15 years of fitness experience in my back pocket, and you can guarantee I am willing to support you wherever you are on your journey.
I bring to this class a spectrum of my coaching skills and a lot of what I believe women are looking for and deserve:
>A community. No one is a number; we all support one another.
> Positive Class Kick Off. After a dynamic stretch warm up we all share our LL Guiding Principle to help set whatever intention we need for our workout. Read more about the LL Guiding Principles HERE.
> Safe, effective and challenging 45 minute workouts. A mix of both strength and metabolic conditioning; designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
>Cool down sharing circle. This is a favorite part of the class, I'm sure for many reasons! I guide you through a stretch-flow sequence to help re-center you after our working. We do some breath work and often some visualizations. Then we gather to share any "win" we would like with the crew. Anywhere from "I got here today" to "I'm taking over the world" finds it's way into our circle. This enhances the connection in our community and sometimes we chat about some pretty cool things. Me...loving a good convo? I know you don't believe it! ;)
