>Cool down sharing circle. This is a favorite part of the class, I'm sure for many reasons! We all gather as we stretch it out post workout to share any "win" we would like with the crew. Anywhere from "I got here today" to "I'm taking over the world" finds it's way into our circle. This enhances the connection in our community and sometimes we chat about some pretty cool things. Me...loving a good convo? I know you don't believe it! ;)
